This Privacy Policy explains how Section 8 Playbook ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our course, calculators, community, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, payment details, and anything you submit through our forms, onboarding calls, or community.

Information collected automatically: device and browser information, pages visited, time on site, referral source, and engagement with our emails and ads, gathered through cookies and similar tracking technology (including the Meta Pixel).

We use your information to deliver the course, calculators, and community access; respond to your questions; process payments; schedule onboarding calls; and improve the Services. We also use it for marketing purposes, such as sending relevant emails, personalizing ads, and measuring campaign performance across platforms like Meta.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us run the Services (payment processors, email tools, scheduling software, hosting).
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta) to measure and improve our campaigns, in accordance with their own privacy terms.
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• A successor entity, if we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep lead information (such as form submissions from people who haven't joined the program) for up to 3 years. We keep customer and student information for up to 7 years after our relationship ends, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion at any time, subject to the exceptions above.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time (unsubscribe links are included in every email, and you can reply STOP to any text).

California residents (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption where appropriate, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting your information occurs, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.

We use essential cookies (needed for the site to function), performance cookies (to understand how the Services are used), and marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to this use of cookies; you can also manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Our Services may link to third-party sites and tools (such as Discord, YouTube, and Calendly). This Privacy Policy doesn't cover their practices — please review their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.
